Terms of Use

These terms apply to evaluator accounts on play.merzosoftware.com and to the game demos they open. By requesting an account you accept them.

Demo access

Access is granted at Merzo Software's discretion, to people evaluating our games on behalf of an operator, studio, partner or investor. We may decline a request, limit which games an account can open, set an expiry date, suspend or revoke access at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Play money only

Demo only — play money, no real-money wagering, no payouts.

Every balance, bet and win in the demos is play money with no value. Nothing can be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed or transferred. The demos are not a gambling service and do not accept wagers. You must be 18 years or older to hold an account.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and do not share your account. Tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done with it.

Intellectual property

The games, their artwork, sound, code, rules, mathematics and names remain the property of Merzo Software. An account lets you play the demos for evaluation; it does not grant any licence to copy, record, reverse-engineer, publish or redistribute them, or to use them in any product, without our written agreement.

No warranty

The demos are provided as they are, for evaluation, and may change or stop without notice. We give no warranty that they are complete, error-free or available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your account; if the terms change materially we will ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in.
